Mens final. Might estimate distance later but for now course length. could only walk around this. Was so fecked but said I might as well do the whole thing as I won't be in such a lovely area for a while now.

Middle quali. Really enjoyed this except for the first control that i Panic missed. Got to the clearing and didn't see the control so thought i was in the wrong clearing. One other mistake but apart from that it was just good craic. All races should start at 3

warm up to the middle. Took out 4 minutes for when I stopped to tie my shoes and talk to Kirstin

Middle model. Made me excited for the middle final. Really liked the terrain. Made a few mistakes but was still really enjoyable.

EOC long final. Made a 12 minute mistake on the first control and bad on the 8th. Otherwise wasn't too bad but im just not fit enough at the moment. Beautiful forest though. Would love something even remotely like it in Ireland

Eoc long quali. Really bad on the long leg. Made a massive mistake and added like a k. Felt wrecked, probably due to heat. Throat felt super dry but that could have been the isotonic. 9 was pretty bad too. Nowhere near the speed of the pack. They're all really good. Still had some type 2 fun though
