Trained some downhills with Roar. Really fun and now I can hop fences with one hand. Woo! Felt like I really got something out of this technique-wise. would like to do this again but with a longer section. Thanks Roar!

Got some serious delayed doms today from the first one of these. Didn't do it yesterday because I got home at 2:30am....

Jog down to meet Roar in our friends house and then a jog around the place. Up the canal -> Stephen's Green -> Merrion Square. Quite hung over and serious doms meant my legs weren't working very well but Roar was very understanding.

Finally starting day 1 of this 30 day workout. Pulled the auld hip flexor area last week so said I'd give it a week to recover before stressing it out.

Went in to one of the rooms at work to stretch. Was good except Marcio came in at one point to look at some computers that were stored there so I had to explain why I was in frog sits on the floor.
