Warm up and strides. Elaine was running late so I brought around Donnacha who is blind and I don't think I was toooo bad at it. Mostly thanks to him to be honest. Was asking him if he had any races coming up and he said he was doing the Dingle half. I told him I had heard it was pretty hard but worth it for the views. **facepalm**. We had a bit of a joke about it though so it was all good. Seemed like a nice guy.

1600m fartlek and then 8x200 with "30" recovery. Really tough session as the air felt like a swimming pool. I was so happy at the end to not have any pain in the legs especially after a short and speedy session. Had good banter with a few of the girls too. just starting to get in to this group (and now I'm leaving... typical)
