The Dom's are real today. At least it's my glutes which i in general under recruit so I must have had good form. No lecturers today so going to try get some assignments done

Really lovely area and I was orienteering pretty well but I was awful in the circle. Just couldn't find the tapes even when I was on the feature. I blame the blue tape tbh. Who uses blue tape??

Was with Sam and Anna from 1 to 5 (purely because of the invisible tapes. Sam went away and then I did 6 and 7 with Anna but she left after that and i did 8-11 on my own. Just didn't find the tape for 9. Apparently it was on top of the hill not the Crag. Was pretty sure I was at it though.

Terrain speed wasn't awful considering I wasn't pushing. Had fun =D

Worked out OK because I'm still coming off this cold AND a lot less fit than everyone else.

Had a pretty exhausting day so was proud of myself for getting out and doing it if only the shortened session and didn't use my bag as an excuse (I had to toss my bag in the bushes(got some excellent bush stashing tips from Sam and Kate))
