Very slow training on roars course from Wednesday. First six were the same. Made a mistake in the same place I did on thursday but also have no data for that leg because my Garmin turned off. Still though, much better technically considering there were no tags out. Fecked up 17 and 18 and didn't even see 21 and 22 we in the map. Good craic

Was a bit late to the clubhouse and the group had left by the time I was ready. Kinda just ran around the trail until I found people. They had gone the same way as me so didn't find them til the end. Did some drills and strides but didn't put it in the warmup

Intervals with OK linne. Had the option of 2 or 3 by 3.2.1 minutes. Was going to do the 3x but I was the back marker and the next four decided to give it a miss so I didn't want to keep going being so far off the back. I thought my pace was pretty good. Not that far behind Anna on each one and was consistent. Strange doing intervals on a trail with hills etc. Definitely the right thing to be doing though.
