Run with a few from the club. Wasn't feeling it today however. Achilles were not doing their job for whatever reason. Had to feck off after an hour. Did another slow 20mins ish to try loosen them out but to no avail. Maybe my body was too cold?

As anyway spent the rest of the day doing stuff with roar for our 7th anniversary. Which was not too different from what we usually do. Hey, if its not broken don't fix it right?

Note

Flutes super tight today and hip stiffish. That combined with exam/assignment panic means no training today. The plan is to do a short session early in the day tomorrow so I don't panic myself out of it

Played pretty well if I do say so myself. Got four goals I think. Must be that innate skill with a shtick us Kilkenny people have ;)

Did some innebandy practice before gympa with Hedwig and (Eamonn?) Great fun. We made the court smaller so we didn't have to run as much
