BIRTHDAY SESSION. Said I'd get it in early as a non running friend is over this weekend.

Lovely evening for it. The moon was really huge and the path I picked was really nice except for the fact that it was covered in ice but I just ran on the grass beside it and it was fine.

First nine or so we're ok. Body never felt pushed but a strange thing was happening to my brain in the middle where i just could not count. Just had to rely on my Garmin telling me the laps and hope I didn't do the dreaded "stop not lap" that's so easy on my Garmin. One of the intervals is actually pay off the warm up because I forgot to reset it. Actually pretty fun in reality if very trippy. Counted down the last nine so they were easier to keep track of.

Hill was 15m from the orienteering map.
