Climb is from the map. Lovely hill loop in sunnersta. Was taking it pretty easy mostly due to my legs being super tight for some reason. First lap I did with Johannes and a girl I didn't know and then slightly picked up the pace for the second lap. The girls were doing hill intervals up the longest steepest hill in the place. Absolute champions.

Milestone in that this is my first interval session that I was not last in since I've been in Sweden. Actually had three people behind me for most of them and was pretty close to Anna for a lot of them so feeling a bit proud of myself. This month hasn't been the best for training with a few little injuries and assignments due but I think I'm still getting somewhere.

Night training in Lunsen. Because it wasn't a hard enough map already. First four were pretty fine then made a balls of five managed to get back on track by six but then my light died on the track. Thankfully I had my little bike light because it was pitch black. there was one moment where I felt very alone and pretty blind and all I could hear was really creepy music coming from an icecream van nearby..... Fun though.
