Took a break from studying to do some strength as opposed to my usual 15 minutes of faffing on the internet. 12 minutes of Gympa stuff plus a "3 minute lower ab" youtube thing at the end. It was really fecking hard. Good bit of distraction. Feeling good for more study. Woo.
