First interval session since my goals setting. Was pretty fun even if it was by myself. 6x3mins 1 min rest, 4x1min 30 second rest

Warn up was a bit too fast (includes some standing around) so my calf had a bit of a panic attack and tightened up. Decided to do the intervals on my own at my own pace
