Spent last night doing a Swedish test because I'm finally starting a Swedish language course so no run but intervals tonight

Not as good as last time. My watch kept vibrating when I was going out of predefined zones but in the same way as the end of lap thing and sometimes when I went to turn on the light to see what it said I'd stop mywatch. Really frustrating. Must remember to turn that off for next time. Otherwise happy enough. First two were to fast though

Tuesday: Don't think it's tisdagsbana for me. I just haven't been enjoying it as much the last few times (by myself) might just do a tempoish run

Friday: I have the day off so will do some o-training somewhere I think

About 5 minutes late. Good session. Did much better than I thought I would do. Putting it down to the snowboarding =D Kate was back so it was nice to see her :D
