Had a sore throat and a bit chesty today so decided to forego tisdagsbana today and did some strength instead. Hopefully its not too bad and will be gone quickly. Not marking the box yet.

Said that I would do this extra session with roar and try do it at about 10sec/K faster than I've been doing the other session as it's twice as long. Unfortunately gauged it wrong and did the first two way to fast and died on the last two. Good craic though. Nice to push myself, haven't been doing that too much recently.

My HR seems to be maxing much lower than usual (about 7bpms) not sure if that's due to tiredness or what.

Not as good as last time. My watch kept vibrating when I was going out of predefined zones but in the same way as the end of lap thing and sometimes when I went to turn on the light to see what it said I'd stop mywatch. Really frustrating. Must remember to turn that off for next time. Otherwise happy enough. First two were to fast though
