Easy run around. Wanted to do intervals but I'm very burnt out from college work at the moment and the body felt way too tense so this was really just a stress relieving exercise.

Feck this was hard. Not just physically but I was really bad at some of the drills. It's not even that hard. Catch one side pass other don't run into the person coming at you. Good craic though. Feel like hell today from the waist down. And a bit in the shoulders.
