Helklubbsträning sprint. Good fun around the centre of Uppsala. Messed up on number 3 and headed for number 6 instead which was pretty silly. A few more mistakes around the place. at one point was looking to see if there was a gap in a fence and then I realised it was a crossable fence... ah well.

+7:19 on Albin (who has three at the weekend starting tomorrow) 01:09 time loss for me total.
+4:59 down on Hilda who I think is in the same boat.
Good craic. Felt nice to be orienteering fast (for me)

Note

Feeling run down and lymph nodes on my neck swollen so decided to take another rest day and catch up on a lot of work (though I still have a mountain left to do). Feeling good that I did it now because I actually got something done as opposed to faffing all day which often happens when I'm feeling under the weather.
