Strength 20:03 [3] +2m

time including time at utegym (pretty shite actually. Bench shoulder press, squats and hanging leg ups) and 10 mins at the kind of parkour gym close to here. that was good craic and probably good orientering practice with jumping over and under things

Climbing 1:00:00 [3]

Overhang practice and actually was pretty impressed by myself. Foot positioning a lot better than usual which means probably getting a bit more upper body strength to be able to control my movement more.

Really excited to get better :)

Strength 30:00 [1]

After climbing. wanted to climb more but it was quite humid conditions and my skin was getting pretty raw and starting to peel quite badly so did some core and lower body stuff. I really like doing the one legged squats on the bosu ball. feels like it gets all the muscles from the waist down.

Climbing 1:00:00 [2]

really fun climbing session. There was a french girl there and we kind of paired up for the time. Was nice to climb with someone.

Problems for tomorrow: volumey black in the back corner
Pink black on the side of the slab.

Cycling 1:32:00 [2]

Went for a cycle up around up and pretty much around Nasten on some of the trails and a bit farther out on the Mountainbike. Found a cool boulder that I might go back and try to climb some day. was a really nice day for cycling. knee started acting up at the end there but way better than if I had gone for a run instead. Might just do cycling for the next couple of days and see how it goes from there.
