Gym in the middle. Felt pretty good to be honest.
Need to find a nice 30 minute loop from here that goes by the gym
same as last time really except instead of one arm hangs i did 2 arm hangs. Finger is a bit odd feeling but it wasn't sore which is good. Not sure how much of my contact strength I'll get back but if I go slow I'd say i'll get the normal strength back
