Nice late evening run with Roar. Ive gotten so slow this was a bit of a challenge for me. Not intervals but pretty much as much as I could do today.

50 min run with a 15 minute pick up in the middle. Nice and rainy though my temperature was a bit screwy with my top half being warm and my bottom half being cold. Happy to get out though :D
