Really gorgeous run. The sun was shining so the whole place was lit up like a lightbulb. Was only going by the heartrate on my watch so was surprised on km 3 when it told me i was going 5:30 because it felt so easy. Very easy until after flogsta when banvallen stops getting cleared and the icy footprints became a little more prevalent but it was still pretty grand.

Going into the valley was really lovely though I had a pretty hilarious fall when I rounded a corner and suddenly it was a downhill icerink. Got about two steps in before I fell on my arse and slid into the ditch. Had a little wipe off and continued on as everything was pretty fine.

The only non lovely part of the run really was going through Stenhagen shopping centre so perhaps 200m. Uppsala is reallly great for that.

Would definitely do that route again.

Taking it very easy because my calf was quite tight and I knew any speed would probably not do it any good so just a comfortable run. Body felt really tired for some reason. Probably due to the other days run being that little bit too fast for me at the end.

Either way, got er done.

Kladprovning again this evening so just did the elljusspÄr twice. Very hilly. Was supposed to keep it to around 7mpk but that didn't happen. Didn't eat for ages after too which isn't great.
