Ran with Roar. Didn't really warm up enough so now the calves are pretty tight :( Hopefully they'll loosen out tomorrow orienteering

Note

Very similar to last week except that the 8k runs are now more even and at a faster pace. I'm going to try really hard to just keep the pace on these.
