Note

In other news I've joined a group that's trying to set up a parkrun in Uppsala. Think it should be fun and it would be nice to meet some runners who aren't elite orienteers to just go for jogs with :)

Strength 15:00 [1]

Mostly squats, My glutes are very weak at the moment and my abs are currently overcompensating. When I googled tight lower abs yesterday it only had thins on how to get them so apparently I'm all good. Don't think that was the "tight" they meant however.

Running 1:18:30 [3] 12.5 km (6:17 / km) +126m 5:59 / km
shoes: Asics Gel-Lyte33

Not the best of runs but at least I did it. Didn't start my watch properly so missed around 500m and accidentally stopped the watch halfway through so it's in two parts on Strava. Did not eat properly for breakfast at all so felt like a bba for most of it. Came back 1kg lighter and I didn't really sweat that much.
