Cycling (Turbo) 43:20 [4]

Christ this was hard. Decided to turbo because Lloyd of fresh snow and my hip was feeling strange.

Pyramid of 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 minutes at 60rpm 80% effort
Tests were low effort cadence 100.

I much prefer high cadence training but this was probably good

Running 34:03 [3] 5.27 km (6:28 / km) +24m 6:19 / km
shoes: Asics Gel-Lyte33 2

New shooooes.

Felt like I was running on air. Was definitely time. Got the same as last time and even though they lasted 49hrs 468km, so not super long lasting, they are just the most comfy shoes i've ever run in.

Chest still full of gunk. This can go away now!

Running 1:37:02 [3] 16.0 km (6:04 / km) +154m 5:47 / km
ahr:163 max:175 shoes: Innov8 Terraclaw 250

a somewhat random run around Uppsala. Trying to get 16k and I managed to get it almost exactly so was pretty happy with that. Was a lovely evening for it and the first 10/11k were pretty fine maybe a bit niggly in my calf but I just backed off whenever it gave out and it was completely fine. Saw Jakob I think skating at Hagadalskolan and gave him a wave. So graceful!

Legs got quite cold in the last 4/5k and started to get knee pain i think due to it as it's fine now but this meant I had to back off the pace even more. Probably not a bad thing really and I came in a bit faster than neccessary anyway so that was fine. Was semi fun. The music was much better on this one.

Cycling warm up/down (Turbo) 10:00 [0]

getting the feeling back in the legs. Definitely a warm down as opposed to a cool down.
