Felt pretty good today.

12k build up and really took it easy at the start an just slowly upped the effort. Felt good and calves are just normal tight this evening. Woo.

Did some abs/glutes exercises while Ruairi was on the turbo. Very tough but fun. Body in a better state than I thought it was.
