Weds- Tiomilafinslip - in the not island Åland
Thurs- rest
Fri- tiomila dinner
Sat- Ladies Tiomila (does it have a name?) last leg approx 9k. Gonna be tough but I am totally up for it.
Sun- Long run?

O intervals in Nasten. Had no speed but my orienteering wasn't too bad. Didn't know there were no tags out so first few controls I was pretty bad in the circle.

Orienteering in the same area as yesterday with Roar shadowing. Was allowing myself to get confused by things on the first few controls again but then settled down and started to orienteer well. Thanks Roar! x

Uppsala möte natt. Ran Ö7 and was pretty woeful really. Terrible concentration and kept getting confused by silly things.
