So hot. Quite stuffed up from the pollen bomb that has descended on us but really not hayfever as I know it.

Note

Now that IOC is over I'm planning on working on my overall strength and not just running. Would like to build some muscle and cut some of the excess fat (May be somewhat wedding inspired). Means I'm going to have to change some of the eating habits and up the resistance training though I still want to do long runs and intervals. The idea would be three days running two days strength at least. Should be fun though. Am looking forward to mixing things up a bit.


Thurs: 40 mins easy
Fri: would be nice to go to the track with roar. See how we can do.
Sat: Strength session. Working on the program for this today
Sun: long run ;)

Tried a bit hard on a 1.4k ish part where I knew there was a strava segment but it was very into the wind. Got a second on it but want that QOM. Fair bit off to be fair- almost 30 seconds. Next time.
