Blodomloppet. Surprise PB actually. I ran the first km in 5:50 as I was stuck behind a load of people but then the progressed as the race went on. Possibly could have done 51 but don't have 50 in me at the moment.

Gympa! Shoulder feeling better than it did the last time I did gympa so slow progress but it's there.

Was planning on running home but the car was flat so drove the van home to jump the car instead.

So hot. Quite stuffed up from the pollen bomb that has descended on us but really not hayfever as I know it.
