Gym instruction with Gamer. Great name. Got myself a free weights routine which is good. seems I was doing everything pretty much right except my lunges were a bit unstable so that's good to know.

Now to get stronk.

Back to reality! had such an amazing week last week that my body couldn't take it and crashed yesterday. Spent a good bit of the day just sleeping.

I'm now a married woman! I want to say a bit thank you to everyone for being so great on the day; for being there or for sending such lovely messages of love and support.

I've decided to vary my training a little more to try to build up some strength and kind of just have fun with it. so joined the gym for the summer. The plan is to go to the gym or to run every day for a month (or more ;)). I'm quite excited about it actually. Have signed up for some heavy lifting beginner classes so we'll see if I enjoy them.
