Was half an hour early for the gym so did a bit more warmup than I was going to do. I think it was probably a good thing cos I feel much better today. Had to run in my indoor shoes though which is not the best. Feet got a little crampy during the gym.

Pretty much the same as bodypump. Back and hammies were sore and tight so pretty much kept the same weight (only an extra 2.5kg) for the legs as the arms as I just wanted the movement really. 12kgs for the arms.
Mon- run to climbing and hopefully will loosen out the back a bit
Tues- 30 mins easy jog
Weds- Skivstang which I think is essentially bodypump?.
Thurs- Gym TMI in Fyrishov. No real clue what this wil be but should be fun....
Fri- 30mins easy jog
Sat- rest
Sun- Temapass - Heavy lifting thing again.
Did a class for heavy lifting today in Friskis Ultuna. Really really enjoyed it. We were four people and got some really good instruction. Feel like this will make my running better as I have some movement issues with not recruiting my glutes and this for sure recruits my glutes.
