Strength 45:00 [3]

Warm up: 5 mins row 3 x 10 10kg kettle bell squats, 2x10 kettle bell swings (American). 10x 40-45-47-50kg deadlifts

21-15-9
Deadlifs (50kg), burpees (Initial plan was to do this in reverse again but big tweak of my bad shoulder on the burpees during the 15 so said I'd give it a rest.

then Deadlift ladder of 5 reps each going up in 5s from 50-70. ( Did break up the 65s and 70s)

Some clean practice to finish off but with very small weights. Mostly just trying to get the form right.

Very fun. Even more sweaty. Hardest thing was the grip. Did most of the later deadlifts with mixed grip to make sure I wasn't hurting my shoulder too much.

Running (parkrun) 26:50 [3] 5.0 km (5:22 / km)
ahr:175 max:189

Today was far too hot for me to be running but I wasn't down to volunteer so said I'd have a run around the course for the first time with the group. Legs were pretty tired from the other day but my form felt pretty good. Mostly just couldn't hack the heat. Then due to eating breakfast a mere hour beforehand I started to get a stitch 2.5k in (though not warming up also probably had something to do with it). Strangely fun though. Nice fika afterwards chatting to some newcomers.

Rowing 1:56:44 [3] 21.3 km (5:29 / km)

Said I'd give this a go because I'm currently trying to get my posterior chain firing better and rowing is pretty good for that. Also just wanted to see if I could do it.
Wore terrible shoe/sock combo for this and got some fierce blisters on my heels which was probably the hardest part of this. Second hardest was the saddle. It's actually a long time to be rocking back and forth on your behind. Grip was actually mostly ok except for the last maybe 2k it got a bit weak.

Strangely fun.

What to do next? :)
