Bit of a confusing one. We were put into groups and had nine exercises with 150 reps and we were to just split it up between us. In the end i did 40 of each and then asked anyone if they needed help with stuff.
mountain climbers, box jumps rows
kb swings, kb squats, kb high pulls,
Push ups, shoulder press, ball slams.
then it was 3 rounds of bear walks, some sideways jump/touch knee to the ground thing, burpees each for 45 seconds.
Confused but was a good work out all the same.
