Really fun course that Ruairi planned. First four or so were uphill and the rest were flat or down. Suited my legs perfectly on the day. The top area was really fun to run on. My orienteering was pretty good today as well and the downhill was just excellent. 57mins for 5k 190climb. Not great but wasn't exactly pushing

Ballymore intervals with Ruth. Quite a nice night if a bit cold. We had to do them in the dark but the grass was very even so it wasn't too much of a problem .

Missing the first 200 on the watch because I'm terrible at it.
