Ran the world's course from the recent test races. Medium effort but was understanding the map really well for most of it. Got a good flow found and Ellie was around at controls every now and again so it was nice to get that confirmation.

Enjoyed myself so much except the last loop where the veg was highly questionable. Wasn't sure about my 14 and it meant going to 15 was very low confidence.

Afternoon training and really I was a bit tired for this. Up until 4 I was stopping too early or just being slightly off.

Highlight was 1the area at 16-17. Nearly smashed 17 but lost confidence and wandered off in the circle. Classic Gina.

Has a do in a lake afterwards. Mucho enjoyable.

Control pick/ intervals in Ranebo. Really fun terrain. Mixture of rocky stuff and marsh. Had a few good intervals and one bad one. I was mostly understanding the mapping though so bodes well for oringen.

Most people only do one week of training before a competition right? ☺️

ABA with Lisa. Trying out the new shoes. Really nice to run with someone who isn't trying to run faster than me. Highlight of the run was the berry picking as it is with almost all runs.
