Coming off the cold. Went for an explore around the coast with Roar and then a little paddle in the water at the end.

Rock hopping was fun but my foot was still feeling a bit bruised from the training with the Norwegians. will have to take it easy for a few days so that it can recover a bit better.

Corridor sandwiched by berry picking. It was very slim pickings on the ground really. Quite disappointing. I've actually been running while orienteering recently (shocker) so never really got into the corridor at walking pace. Was still pretty fun though and some gorgeous pieces of forest.

Some training with Bækkelagets. Took random controls hard and the rest easy. Really cool forest. I was going on in the white but terrible in the green. Missed a jump over a stream and smashed my feet a bit so one of the ankles is sore now. Otherwise a highly enjoyable experience. Very nice to be running in colder temps again.
