It's nearly time to get new shoes. They were being very dodgey during this session.

Took it quite easy in reality today. I've been sick and my foot is being a bit of a drama queen and everyone just kind of disappeared at the beginning so didn't feel the need for any pace. Just kept s along. I messed up the circle on 4 a bit and 5 was very confusing but I had a few good controls from the bunch at least.

Will be nice to see if I can try hard and keep up with the girls for some of the trainings next week even just at the beginning of the courses. Have to start somewhere right? :)

Planned to put out a kite and then do some controls when Roar was out running his course. Put the kite out and did one or two extra but really wasn't feeling good in the foot on the ground yet so didn't really do any more just turned off the watch and did some gentle jogging around a nice piece of forest until Roar came and I collected the control. Time is just the controls I did do.
