Vertical amount and distance are expected to remain quite close to same but it seems that we are going to have plan-b course that of course will be a disappointment.
Overall feelings are good and it is better to look forward than backward. I did some changes, or actually, quite major changes, to my diet just because those changes felt right thing to do.
For long time I have already known that I shouldn't have proper lunch during the day - so I just started to skip it about one week ago, just eating something small between breakfast and dinner.
Another change is that I dropped all meat away from the diet. Period.
