Here is the announcement about the race, and most importantly, changes on the race course.

Vertical amount and distance are expected to remain quite close to same but it seems that we are going to have plan-b course that of course will be a disappointment.

Overall feelings are good and it is better to look forward than backward.
I did some changes, or actually, quite major changes, to my diet just because those changes felt right thing to do.

For long time I have already known that I shouldn't have proper lunch during the day - so I just started to skip it about one week ago, just eating something small between breakfast and dinner.

Another change is that I dropped all meat away from the diet. Period.

Generally feeling is very energetic and light.
