Week of sad jokes.

1st - twisted ankle a bit during Sunday run... nothing major, all good, but hampered rest of the Sunday's training plans.

2nd - I fell at Himos Trail 1½ weeks ago and hit my elbow (among other places). Wasn't anything severe back then, but, there is always this fucking "but".... ...elbow got infected, actually bursa got infected. Hooray, antibiotics, strong ones for 2 weeks and doctor said that I am not allow to do any proper training as long as the elbow is hot & swollen.

Next race is on 15th of September, ZacUp, at Italy, close to Lecco.
I want to go and run, ...and have ice cream!
