Viikko olisi tarkoitus vetää ohjelman mukaan läpi, mutta modata sen verran että venytän hieman kestoja, ja lasken tehoja etenkin kovilla tehoilla tehtävistä treeneistä.

Edellisestä Zwift / sprinttitreeneistä jäi sellainen fiilis että ei ollut vielä kunnossa joten iisisti sitten - pääasia että pääsee taas tekemää.n
