Cycling - Road Bike 1:00:00 [1]

Easy road ride on my recently renovated commuter/rain bike. Very comfortable riding position...more stable and more agile.

Cycling - Road Bike 2:45:00 [3]

Road ride with Jet City Velo. Lots of intense sprints and hard efforts in pace lines. Some easy riding, but not much. Interesting ride.

Full body workout.

Cycling - Road Bike 1:30:00 [2]

Interesting ride today. Two flat tires and I broke my seat off. Only got to ride with the team for about 45 minutes due to bike issues.

Spin Class 1:00:00 [3]

Spin class with Michelle after I got back from my ride.

Adventure Racing 22:09:00 [3]

Mark's first AR. Three person team...Roger, Mark and I. We finished and had fun. Kayak relay to start, followed by a fantastic single track ride up to Mad Lake and back, and finishing with a difficult trek. Easy bike navigation, difficult trek navigation. Lost a few hours and our daylight early in the trek. And in retrospect, it was cool to complete a significant part of the trek in the dark.
Physically I was stronger than any previous race, which was countered by my worst navigational performance to date.
