Good day even if the swim was longer than what I need to be age group competitive (1/4-1/3) mile. Over 1/2 mile so was very suprised to be second in AG, very pleased with run at 5k (22:35) 7:17 per mile, felt really strong, was sort of wishing for more run miles, had some off road and bridges that slowed the pace too.
