A three minute improvement from last year. Good race for me 5th AG, was 2nd last year. With a 1/2 mile swim it's outside of my competitive range for the sprint distance. 1/4 mile swim absolutely ideal, 1/3 less than ideal, but doable for AG awards, 1/2 mile the Tri gods need to be smiling on me to place. 4th Tri in last four weeks + two other races, looking forward to just training for a few weeks, no races on the calendar.
