10K race in training routine
8 miles
10 mile 2 weeks out
Soft surface 5 mile 1 week before
Averages at least on or two 5ks per week together

Next time or misses:
Probably 2 10 milers (3 weeks out and 2 weeks out)
A soft surface 8 mile if dong WS again
start before 8 weeks prior, better 10-12
Megan's mileage was about 12-15 miles per week, up it a bit more 20-ish

Next big goal, 2020 Gary B 1/2 Marathon with her.

Work on right arm still not deep on stroke needs to be more towards bottom of pool, rotation drills, more prone kicking with fins. Some weight machines to work core for flutter kick.
