Been toying with the idea of doing some track, as my injury is far better with lots of recovery during a run (one of the reasons that made me wonder if I have compartment syndrome). Charli suggested I join her. Pyramids. Worked so hard early on that I struggled to not vom. Nice day of running, not run this far without pain in a long time.
