SPOOK relays leg 1. Jesus Christ did my body complain about trying to run in the freezing cold for the first time in ages. Felt traumatic. Managed to get round the controls with no dramas

SPOOK relays leg 2. Felt a lot happier having warmed up a little bit. Lots of little mistakes but really enjoyed running on a nice area while it snowed heavily at one point. Lovely.
