Beeston Parkrun. After a disaster at the start of the month I decided to pace myself this time and set off at 3:30min/km. This put me really quite far down the pack which was pretty shocking. Kept the same speed (approx) up until the last few hundred metres. Enjoyed it. 100% fresher after finishing than last time
