Note to self (and anyone else who might give a shit):
For a few weeks I've started taking a couple of these each week with the thinking that if I have a deficiency in anything then it will pep me up for the winter, and if I don't it shouldn't do me any harm. I've been taking a vit D tablet daily all year.
