spiked:7/12c shoes: Adidas Swoop II

Ran in the event at Balmedie Beach on the sand dunes. I did a green course. I took a long time on control 4 because my bearing was in the wrong direction. I realised my mistake and relocated. My next bearing brought me within 10m of the control but it was hidden so I didn't see it so I carried on. All the other controls were fine.

Gordon skiers race training on the dry mat ski slope. Did drills for the first hour and gates for the second hour. I was getting pressed back as I was skiing the gates so I need to work on getting forward.

Ran a green map without any features on it so you had to use a compass bearing. Only used the map with features twice and I found it easier to relocate than usual. It felt quite good and I didn't get tired as quickly as before.
