shoes: Giant XTC Team MTB

Left home at 5.30am with lights and met Rob. Rode through Mt Eliza then back roads to Red Hill. Met the Red Hill MTB Club group (32 riders in total!) and did 40 minutes with them where it got very wet. Rode back a similar way, then up Torture Track and home via some single track. Hunger flatted about 5kms from home and downed a whole Winner's Bar and came good for the last 1km. Good ride.

Normal Moggs Creek loop. Felt a niggle in the left achilles so backed off for the first half. Surprised to be within 4 seconds of my best time around this loop.
