Ride with Dave in Gap Creek. Did heaps of single track. Rode with small gears to save the legs for Geo in 5 days.

Kayak 59:30 [3] 10.1 km (5:53 / km)
shoes: Epic K1 Legacy M

Morning paddle at Springfield Lakes with Dave on his ski. Paddled solidly the whole way, didn't feel that smooth though.

Run 1:02:13 [3] 11.0 km (5:39 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure 14 2

Normal loop in Toohey Forest. Legs were heavy from the passed few days but thought I'd have a crack at the sub-hour. Came up well short, but I didn't quite have it on the steep up hills. Still a decent PB though.

Run 1:24:20 [3] 15.7 km (5:22 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure 14 2

Jindalee river loop wearing my new calf compression sleeves. I looked silly but they felt good.

Ride 1:27:05 [3] 29.0 km (3:00 / km)
shoes: Giant XTC Team MTB

6am departure for a morning ride with Dave. Dave was on his roadie with a backpack, for his commute to work via a Coot-tha lap. We did an anti-clockwise loop, then I rode home via the Anzac Hill trails. Not bad but I took a wrong turn and had to hike-a-bike to get back on track. Very cool morning.

Run 1:05:00 [3] 11.0 km (5:55 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure 14 2

Reverse loop at Toohey Forest with one minor (30sec) nav error. Forget my GPS so time is an estimate.
