set myself the target of 5 hours and happy to hit that especially without being mountain fit. endurance was there but I severely underestimated my fuelling. felt like too much of a slog from Bearnagh across to Commedagh and Donard on return - i'd inhaled all of my gels and bars way before then! the rain had made the summits slippery but the course was mostly runnable. a great day out in the hills.
