A disaster before I'd began.
Lost a bunch of time on the first 3 controls. 7 was the head melter and route choice to 10 was poor due to blurred thinking
Flow returned under pressure and stormed the second half but the race was well gone by now.
I forgot full leg cover and studded shoes would've been a bonus.
