3 mile corner. Steady run. Didn't push overly hard.

3 mile corner. A little speed play a mile at a time. Legs definitely are tired. Found a little groove on the back half. Miles were 6:45, 7:04, and a half hearted 7:18. Nervous I'm not in good enough shape to qualify.
